This policy applies to all Reiki treatment services purchased through our website, belovedenergies.com. As our services are digital or live experiences, the terms and conditions for refunds may differ from those applicable to physical products.
Conditions for Refunds
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Cancellation by Customer:
Before Service Delivery: If you cancel your Reiki session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Within 24 Hours of Service: If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will be applied. The remaining balance will be refunded.
No-Shows: If you do not attend the scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Beloved Energies:
In the event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at hello@belovedenergies.com with your full name, appointment date, and reason for requesting a refund.
Approval and Processing: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Fees and Costs
- Cancellation Fees: As mentioned, cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
- Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees incurred during the payment process (e.g., credit card processing fees) may be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Exceptions
Emergency Situations: If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider such cases on an individual basis and may waive the cancellation fee.
Packages and Special Offers: Refunds for discounted packages or special offers will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, and partial refunds may be issued based on the services already rendered.
